1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our coffee selections, choose your desired product, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout to complete your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately at Ballstonbrothersllc@gmail.com. Once it’s been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
6. How do I store my coffee?
For optimal freshness, store your coffee beans in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
8. Do you offer subscriptions?
