How much does coffee catering cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, event length, your drink menu, and location. Get a fast custom quote here.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks out, and earlier for peak wedding and holiday dates. That said, reach out even for last-minute events. We'll always tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
What's included in coffee catering?
Everything: the cart, the espresso equipment, our small-batch roasted coffee, milk and alternatives, cups, flavors, and a trained barista (or team) to run it. We handle full setup and breakdown.
What's your service area, and do you charge for travel?
We serve Albany and the greater Capital Region, including Saratoga Springs, Schenectady, Troy, Ballston Spa, and Clifton Park. Travel within our core area is included; events farther out may include a modest travel fee, always quoted upfront.
What drinks can you offer, and can you accommodate dietary needs?
Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brew, drip, tea, and seasonal specialty drinks. We offer oat, almond, and other milk alternatives, and can build a menu around your guests' preferences. See the full menu and packages here.
What space and power do you need?
A flat space roughly 8x8 feet and access to a standard outlet covers most setups. For venues without power, we can come fully self-contained. Just let us know during planning.
Do you require a deposit, and what's your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due before the event; we'll walk you through the full terms in your quote.
